Please Forgive Me
Due to her also being a pastor, Mickey is trying to stay away from scary or unholy pictures. If you would like this type of make-up: she will do it only for purposes of training first aid, or for learning purposes. Mickey is also observes the Sabbath, which is her time for church. This is from sundown on Friday night to sundown Saturday night. Please try to work around these times, she will appreciate it. If you need these timeframes, we can recommend some people for you, or get in contact with them for availability. Plus, we also know some other entertainers if you need them for your party also. This is for any large groups of people. No matter the age.
Special Event - Community or Corporate
Any large event like Music in the Park done on a weekly bases in the summer. It can also be a special event like the 4th of July, or company employee appreciation outing.
Personal Party - Birthday, Block, any type of Shower
Min. 2 hours (no extra set-up or tear down charge)
Everything I do is custom. You have a theme, let me know. I can tailor the pictures to your theme. I also have pictures that get used a lot too. I also have all of my own equipment.
Non-Profit Event - Church, School, Community Group
Negotiated Price - Call me to discuss the event.
This can be for PTA, Back to School church event, or other events like this that don't have the funds. Must show Non-Profit Status, unless you are a church.
Personal
If you need a costume for a party and need help with make-up,; this is the spot.
Personal - Face Only
Price depends on how much detail you want. I can also meet with you a head of time to discuss the picture, and size it.
Whole head
Price depends on detail and medium you need for your look. Again, I can meet with you a head of time to discuss picture and get it sized.

If you wanted to add a special touch or even want to see if you like a real tattoo. This is the place.
Custom Homemade Temporary Tattoos
A sheet is the same size as regular printer paper. You pick whatever picture you want. Put it in Word, size it at home. How it looks to you, will be how it comes out. Once you like the size. You then email it to me, and I do the rest. They can go in the pool, and last 1-2 wks., sometimes 3 wks.
Custom Homemade Temporary Tattoos & Face Painting
Some tattoos work great with face painting. Or you can just add them to your party for an added extra touch. They really are popular, and can last longer than face painting.
Alcohol & Oil Based Make-up
Alcohol make-up uses a high proof of rubbing alcohol to put on instead of water like my normal paint. (I do not suggest doing a large picture or on the face for a child.) You do need alcohol to take it off. It can go in pools. If it is for children; I suggest arms only. The paint going on isn't bad, but it is to get it off.
Oil paint is nice, but needs powder to set it. Both of these are waterproof.
Glitter Tattoos
Glitter Tattoos are made by a stencil and face and body glue with lots of glitter. They do last for a couple of days and waterproof.
Henna & Henna-Like
Henna that we use is the normal dark reddish brown color. This is one medium that needs advanced planning for it to be fresh. Henna-Like are paint pens in which some of them last for a couple of days and are water resistant & some are waterproof.

Zelle
No Service Fee
Zelle is nice, because there is, as of right now no service fees. Plus, it goes right into the account right away. Zelle could also be used for Payment & Tips.
How to use QR Code: Go into your bank or QR Scanner, then scan QR Code. It should take you right to the spot. It will have Heather Smith as recipient.
Credit Card Service Fee
Per tap, dip, or swipe = 2.6% + $0.10. Most events, price is $3.00.
Traveling fee
$30.00 per 30 miles
This is charged for distances more than 30 miles from my apartment.
Tax
9%
Chicagoland tax rate.
Security Deposit
Either half total to hold date, or full total.
Security Deposit is non-refundable. (Unless I would have to cancel for any reason or you get sick and need to cancel.) I will either accept full payment or half payment for your order. (Unfortunately, I have had too many people place a hold on a day, and then when it got close to the date. Never respond back, while I held the spot for them. Specially around the holidays.) You may pay tip at this time or day of. You must contact me with48 hrs. before event to cancel, or deposit is non-refundable.
The Only Exception to Get Security Deposit Back
If you are sick, or get sick before your event. Please contact me right away to either reschedule or cancel. This will be the only time a customer can cancel and get their security deposit back. But you must have proof of illness. I will always wear a mask. I can work around a mask! We can still do the forehead, and arms. Tattoos are also great, because they non-reusable and last long. You must contact me within 48 hrs. ahead of event to cancel, or deposit is not refundable.
Prices do not include tax, credit card fee (if used), traveling fee, or tip. Prices are subject to change. I can negotiate in curtain circumstances. Always call for price check, and for details.
